Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join a busy community pharmacy in the Peterborough area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient and customer care
• Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services
• Support and develop the pharmacy team

• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance

• Contribute to a positive and efficient pharmacy environment

About You:

• Fully qualified and GPhC registered
• Community pharmacy experience
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private pharmacy services
• Strong patient and customer focus
• Commercially aware and target driven
• Confident working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Working Pattern

44 hours per week across a two-week rota:

1. Week 1
   • Monday: 09:00 - 21:00
   • Tuesday: 09:00 - 21:00
   • Wednesday: 09:00 - 21:00
   • Friday: 09:00 - 21:00
2. Week 2
   • Monday: 09:00 - 21:00
   • Tuesday: 09:00 - 21:00
   • Friday: 09:00 - 21:00
   • Saturday: 09:00 - 21:00
