Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will review and accurately fill prescriptions, counsel patients on medications, provide immunizations and travel vaccines, and perform MTM reviews.

Responsibilities

Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions

Dispense medications accurately and safely

Counsel patients on dosage, side effects, storage, and drug interactions

Provide immunizations and travel vaccines

Perform Medication Therapy Management (MTM) reviews

Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records

Monitor inventory and ensure proper handling and storage

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant pharmacy environment

Qualifications

Current and active Florida state Pharmacist license

Immunization certification is required.

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
