Description:
The position involves working in an inpatient pharmacy department.
Responsibilities include compounding, order entry, and order verification.
Candidates should be knowledgeable in inpatient pharmacy practices.
A rotation schedule is implemented every third weekend.
On-call shifts will be required every three weeks.
Candidates must be available for weekend and holiday shifts as per the rotation.
Scrubs are provided, and a dress code of casual or scrubs is acceptable.
Additional training may be required spanning one to two weeks.
Job involves working closely with and supervising pharmacy technicians.
Pharmacy supports all inpatient operations, including infusion and oncology centers.
Medication dispensing will utilize a Pyxis ADC system.
