Pharmacist in Trumann, AR

A Clinical IV Pharmacist opportunity is available in Trumann, AR, offering a contract-to-hire position with a 3-6 month initial term. This role is designed for a pharmacist with experience in intravenous (IV) therapy who is ready to contribute to patient care with strong clinical expertise and flexibility.
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Every third weekend

Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety
• Prepare and mix IV medications in the clean room environment as needed
• Perform clinical duties including reading and interpreting lab results
• Assist collaboratively within the pharmacy team and support where necessary to maintain efficient pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year current experience as an IV pharmacist
• Active, clear Arkansas pharmacist license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening without issues
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in interpreting laboratory data
• Adaptability to help in various pharmacy functions as needed
