Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) functions
- Execute final verification processes to ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing
- Verify the correct medication, dosage, and directions against prescription hard copies
- Use Wellsky pharmacy order entry system (note: no automation involved)
- Comply with pharmacy protocols to maintain quality and patient safety
- No on-call duties required
- Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume pharmacy experience preferred
