PHARMACIST IN CHARGELocation: South Orlando, FLWork Arrangement: On-siteSalary:Up to $155,000/year (negotiable based on experience)Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PMKey Requirement:Sterile compounding experience requiredPOSITION OVERVIEWWe’re seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide excellent patient care.The ideal candidate has sterile compounding experience, strong pharmacy operations knowledge, and a patient-first mindset. Experience with PioneerRx, RX30, or similar pharmacy billing software is preferred.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Provide medication guidance, with a focus on diabetic patients
• Perform and oversee sterile compounding
• Support non-sterile compounding as needed
• Process and verify prescriptions accurately
• Maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers
• Handle in-person and phone-based patient interactions
• Manage inventory and proper medication storage and handling
• Train and support pharmacy staff as neededWHAT YOU’LL BRING• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing
• Sterile compounding experience required
• Strong communication and patient-service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with PioneerRx, RX30, or similar pharmacy billing software preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS• Salary up to $155,000/year
