- Hold the pharmacy license and serve as the accountable pharmacist for state licensing applications and inspections
- Build the SOPs and pharmacy procedures required for registration and operation
- Oversee sterile compounding under cGMP in partnership with the Head of Quality
- Partner with the Director of Operations on the phased build of the pharmacy function
- Represent the pharmacy to state boards and regulators
- Support inspection readiness across the facility
- Lead and develop pharmacy staff as the operation comes online
Required Experience
- PharmD with an active Florida pharmacist license
- Sterile compounding experience, aseptic and cleanroom
- Understanding of the 503B outsourcing facility model
- Experience as the accountable pharmacist for state board applications or inspections
- Ability to build procedures and a pharmacy function from an early stage
- A stable, well explained career history
- Located in Central Florida
