Pharmacy or Pharm D. or Master of PharmacyMinimum Work ExperienceThree years as a licensed pharmacist with enhanced clinical responsibilitiesRequired Licenses/CertificationsActive registration as a licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas.Sterile Compounding Certification.ACLS or PALS.Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or specialty certification in area related to assigned duties.Registration as a preceptor with TSBP.Required Skills; Knowledge; and AbilitiesMust be able to perform all medication consults including total parenteral nutrition.Assist with pharmacy students and pharmacy practice residents.Provide internal and external education.Perform medication/drug use evaluation.Present data/reports at various committees.Ability to effectively direct and/or supervise personnel as appropriate.Ability to handle confidential information.Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.Designated DriverNoOSHA Category1 - High Risk
