Pharmacist - Float

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Float Pharmacist to join one of the nation’s leading pharmacies. You will float to different pharmacies in Lebanon, Campbellsville, Elizabethtown, Bardstown and Brandenburg, KY. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative pharmacy team focused on providing excellent patient care while maintaining a balanced and sustainable work environment. The pharmacy offers a collaborative team environment focused on balancing workload and patient care, helping pharmacists maintain a sustainable and rewarding day-to-day practice experience. The team strongly incentivizes Pharmacy Technicians to obtain their Immunization Certification, creating additional clinical support within the pharmacy and enhancing patient care capabilities.

Compensation

• $65.00–$69.00 per hour, based on experience
  
  

Schedule

• 32 hour work week with the ability to flex to 40
• You will work with the PIC to establish the schedule
• Store Hours:
• Weekdays: Pharmacy is open from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturdays: Pharmacy is open from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Sundays: Pharmacy is open from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Daily lunch closure: The pharmacy closes from 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. each day, providing the team with a dedicated, uninterrupted break to recharge.
  

Daily Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics.
• Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges related to medication adherence.
• Create a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness, and cooperativeness with customers, associates, and outside vendors.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to balance workload and maintain a strong focus on patient care.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current pharmacist licensure in good standing
