Schedule: Rotating Day & Evening Shifts (07:00 – 15:30 and 14:30 – 23:00) | 5 x 8-Hour Days

On-Call Commitment: Absolutely NO Call

Setting: Inpatient Hospital / Acute Care Central Pharmacy (Virginia)

EMR / Charting: Meditech

Licensure Gate: Active Virginia Registered Pharmacist (RPh) License required

Credentials: RPh required;
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) strongly preferred

• No Graveyard Shifts: Maintain a healthy sleep routine working exclusively within daytime and evening hours (07:00–15:30 and 14:30–23:00).

• Clinical Autonomy: Take direct ownership of pharmacokinetic dosing consults, sterile compounding verification, and multidisciplinary provider inquiries.

What You Must Bring

• State Licensure (Hardstop): Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

• Education & Credentials: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD preferred).

• EMR Proficiency: Direct working familiarity with Meditech pharmacy modules and order verification workflows.

• Hospital Experience: Verifiable acute care inpatient hospital pharmacy experience handling sterile products and clinical consults.
