Pharmacist Director of Rebate Strategy

To drive the enterprise operating model and governance for manufacturer-funded medical benefit rebate programs, the remote Director of Rebate Strategy will manage end-to-end rebate value capture, ensuring compliance, financial accountability, and operational excellence while leading a high-performing team. Key responsibilities: Own the enterprise operating model and execution strategy for rebate programs across supported lines of business Set strategic direction for rebate eligibility governance and ensure consistent application across teams Lead audit preparation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical rebates, health plan operations, or related healthcare value functions 5+ years of people leadership experience in complex operations or financial performance initiatives Experience owning operating models and governance structures across cross-functional programs Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise alignment Demonstrated experience leading teams through operational change and performance improvement
