$59.80 – $83.72 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
  • State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification at position level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PGY2 residency in Oncology, or PGY1 residency + 1 year of Oncology Clinical experience, or no residency and 3 years of Oncology Clinical experience.
  • Prior inpatient experience.
  • Board certification in area of expertise within 1 year of employment.

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage on the inpatient oncology/bone marrow transplant unit and inpatient oncology infusion areas.
  • Establish a strong clinical pharmacy practice focused on patient‑centered care.
  • Conduct comprehensive medication reviews, order verification, and patient counseling.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize drug therapy plans, ensuring efficacy and safety.
  • Develop proficiency in intravenous and oral anti‑cancer therapies for solid and hematologic malignancies.
  • Contribute to efficient operation of pharmacy services within oncology areas, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and quality improvement initiatives.
