Key Responsibilities:

  Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and efficiently

  Ensure safe medication practices and regulatory compliance

  n

• n

  Collaborate with providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

• n

  Identify and resolve medication-related concerns, interactions, or discrepancies

  n
n
• n

  Support pharmacy workflow, inventory management, and controlled substance accountability

  n
n
• n

  Maintain accurate documentation and pharmacy records

  n
n
• n

  Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence

  n

• n

  Provide education and support to healthcare staff as needed

n

What We Are Looking For:

  PharmD or post-graduate degree from an accredited program

  n
n
• n

  Active Maine Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain prior to hire)

  n
n
• n

  Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities

  n
n
• n

  Excellent organizational and communication skills

  n

• n

  Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• n

  Long-term care, institutional, or clinical pharmacy experience preferred but not required

Salary Description

$142,000 to $161,000 Annually
