Pharmacist Position
Pharmacist needed asap. Hospital experience needed for both shifts. Graduate of school of pharmacy required. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred. One year's technical experience preferred. Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred. Pharmacist license in the state of practice required. All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level required. Registered Pharmacist (RPH) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS) required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS) required.
