Pharmaceutical Recruiter

Pharmaceutical Contract Recruiter for 3+ month Contract Hybrid Remote days in office 1-3 days onsite, preference 3 days Need previous Corporate Pharmaceutical Recruiting experience

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for the business
• Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
• Protect and improve candidate experience
• Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
• Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
• Responsible for End to End Recruitment of US positions
• Recruiting on manufacturing and also functional groups such as R&D, finance and all other area.
• This is a full lifecycle role from sourcing to offer placement.
• The person also will be responsible for scheduling interviews.
• Providing talent benchmarking and market landscape for quality hiring.
• Creating the leadership talent pool from the market.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media, headhunting, industrial mapping etc.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

• Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
• A sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approach
• Well networked with a deep talent network of diverse talent
• Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent globally
• Experience working in both small and large corporate companies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• 5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array corporate roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions in Pharmaceutical industry
