A law firm seeks a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch Waxman litigation, to join their IP practice in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities
- Engage in pharmaceutical patent litigation and disputes counseling.
- Collaborate with a team on complex IP cases.
- Provide strategic advice to clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, or ability to qualify, preferred.
Education
- Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or equivalent field.
- Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
Certifications
Member of the Bar in the United States.
