Duties

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation.
- Experience with Hatch Waxman litigation preferred.
- Ability to qualify for registration with the United States Patent & Trademark Office preferred.
Education
Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or equivalent relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
