Pharma Territory Growth Manager – Richmond

Strive Compounding Pharmacy seeks a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our prescriber network in the Richmond, Virginia area.

In this field-based role, you will build relationships with healthcare providers, deliver clinical education on our compounded formulations, and drive clinic growth.

Compensation: base $80,000–$90,000 plus 10% commission; 10% of gross profit from new clinics and 10% above baseline for existing clinics, with baselines reviewed every 6 months.
