DLA Piper is seeking an Of Counsel with strong legal writing skills, particularly in pharmaceutical/medical device Daubert / Rule 702 motions, to join its Litigation group. This position is open to any of our U.S. offices.
Education includes a JD; bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice; and a science background (MD/MPH/PharmD). Requires 8+ years of experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm; experience with products liability and pharma/medical device litigation is a plus.
