Pharmacy Technician (Nationally Certified)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our growing pharmacy operations team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The Pharmacy Technician will work alongside a team of 21 technicians under the direction of a Pharmacy Supervisor to ensure accurate and efficient prescription fulfillment.
This position requires a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM , with occasional mandatory overtime and participation in a rotating Saturday schedule .
Key Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification
• Package and ship completed prescription orders to patients
• Maintain inventory levels of medications and pharmacy supplies
• Operate and support automated dispensing equipment
• Replenish workstation supplies, including vials, caps, labels, and other materials needed for prescription fulfillment
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacists, technicians, and other team members to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician National Certification (PTCB or PTCE)
• Active registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy (NCBOP)
• Previous pharmacy technician experience in any pharmacy setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to stand, move, and perform production-related tasks throughout the shift

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts when needed
