This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Perform warehouse and inventory management duties, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
- Ensure proper storage of medications, supplies, and temperature-sensitive products, including refrigeration requirements.
- Prepare daily shipment boxes and packing materials.
- Create, update, and troubleshoot shipping labels as needed.
- Transport packages to shipping, mail, and courier areas for distribution.
- Monitor prescription inventory within the pharmacy management system.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify accurate product receipt.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Maintain accurate inventory storage and organization standards.
- Perform cycle counts and support order processing activities.
- Process, pack, and ship pharmacy orders while ensuring all required medications, supplies, and patient education materials are included.
- Support operational efficiency and maintain compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, packing, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, productivity-driven setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle packages as required.
