We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to support daily operations and help create a welcoming experience for guests. This role plays an important part in keeping PGN Tee Time activities organized, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone visiting the facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tee time check-in, scheduling, and guest service operations
- Assist with booking parties and associated responsibilities
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information regarding tee times and daily operations
- Help monitor pace of play in the simulators
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure excellent service
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as answering phones and updating reservations
- Support special events and operational needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and reservation system skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality, or guest services is preferred but not required
