What you’ll own

• Design and run drilling programs from start to finish
• Lead completions (frac, perforating, acidizing) in the field
• Optimize production, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance gains
• Design facilities, artificial lift, and surface systems
• Work cross-functionally to deliver safe, efficient operations

Job Details

Who you are

• 2-5 years of O&G engineering experience
• Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Competitive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership early
• Not afraid to solve problems in real time, in the field
• Familiar with towns like Hobbs, Perryton, or Woodward
