Campaign Manager – Wisconsin's 1st Congressional DistrictThe campaign for Peter Burgelis is seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to lead a competitive grassroots campaign for Wisconsin's 1st Congressional District.The Campaign Manager will oversee day-to-day campaign operations, including field organizing, fundraising coordination, communications, scheduling, volunteer management, and political strategy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, politically savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities include:Managing daily campaign operations and staffCoordinating field and voter contact effortsAssisting with fundraising and event executionOverseeing campaign messaging and communicationsManaging scheduling and political outreachWorking closely with the candidate and senior advisorsPreferred qualifications:Prior campaign, political, nonprofit, or organizing experienceStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities under deadlinesCommitment to grassroots organizing and public serviceWisconsin ties are a plusThis is a full-time position based in Southeastern Wisconsin with evening and weekend work expected.
