Terminix Service, Inc. of Waynesville, NC is hiring a full‑time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route. Responsibilities include selling services to new and current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services.
Responsibilities
- Sell pest control services to new and current customers
- Schedule appointments and manage route schedules
- Conduct home inspections and assess pest activity
- Perform residential pest control treatments
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – paid training provided
- Ability to pass a background check
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to wear a tight‑fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
- Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Sales ability (previous sales experience is a plus)
