* Perform residential and commercial pest inspections and treatments
* Identify pest issues and recommend effective solutions
* Educate customers on prevention and additional service options
* Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
* Help generate new business through excellent service and word-of-mouth
* Maintain equipment, vehicle, and professional appearance
* Contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience
* Assist in sales activities - ensuring you inspect properties thoroughly and upsell if needed

* Comfortable working independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
