Overview
CGS is seeking a skilled Personnel Security Specialist (PerSS) – Senior to support mission‑critical operations for a federal client.
Responsibilities
- Conduct background investigations and manage personnel security clearance processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
