Ability to confidently communicate the value of personal training services, cultivate client relationships, and consistently grow and retain a client base.Physical DemandsRequires effective communication with members in both group and one-on-one settings, including providing clear instruction and coaching feedbackRequires observing and responding to client movement and exercise technique in real time to support safe and effective trainingRequires demonstration of a wide range of exercises and movement patterns across strength, cardio, and functional trainingRequires lifting and moving equipment up to 50 pounds as part of daily responsibilitiesRequires moving throughout the club and training areas to support coaching, instruction, and member engagement
