Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate Personal Services Assistant to support senior residents in our life plan community. In this resident-first role, you’ll assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals while promoting dignity, safety, and independence. You’ll provide companionship, observe and report condition changes, and follow care plans and infection-control standards.
Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll help enhance quality of life for older adults and gain valuable, hands-on experience in senior living and healthcare.
