What You’ll Do
- Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
- Provide consultative guidance on Personal Lines coverage options
- Develop tailored insurance programs that align with client needs
- Maintain strong follow-up practices to drive retention and cross-selling
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Active Louisiana Property & Casualty xhqgsiq Producer License, required
- At least 2 years of insurance sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse clients
- Self-motivated professional with a results-driven mindset
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
