We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment , takes ownership of their work, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly preferred.
Responsibilities- Manage and service an assigned book of personal lines customers
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and service requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Review policies and identify additional coverage needs
- Assist with customer retention and account-rounding opportunities
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests and ensure issues are resolved
- Work closely with producers, account managers, and other agency team members
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Work efficiently across multiple agency and carrier systems
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Active California P&C or Personal Lines license required
- Insurance industry experience required
- Personal lines experience strongly preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong team player who works well with others
- Strong typing skills — 40+ WPM preferred
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- $50,000-$80,000 year one , based on experience and qualifications and performance
