Personal Lines Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and service-driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package along with opportunities for professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and service requestsReview and process daily account activity, including policy changes, claims notices, auto ID cards, MVR orders, and certificatesReview policies for accuracy and prepare them for producer delivery or direct distribution to clientsPrepare renewal summaries, mail renewal letters, and update renewal data in the agency management systemQuote personal lines coverage with multiple insurance carriersProcess evidence of insurance (EOIs) and related policy documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management systemComplete additional assigned duties in a timely and efficient mannerPerformance ExpectationsComplete all assigned tasks accurately and on scheduleCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team membersProvide timely and accurate information to support producers and clientsProcess policy changes promptly and document all activityEnsure consistency and accuracy of client data within the agency management systemQualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a personal lines insurance agency roleActive Property & Casualty insurance license requiredPrior experience with an independent insurance agencyExperience using Applied Systems agency management software preferredStrong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learningKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesHigh school diploma required; some college coursework or insurance designations (CIC, CPCU, ARM, CISR) a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systemsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
