We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with clients to provide excellent service and support.
Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: In-Office Greater New Orleans area (no remote work)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: $45,000 annually
Qualifications:
- Active Louisiana Insurance License (required)
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Ability to manage a high work volume with strong multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computers and insurance software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take direction effectively
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and customer service
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal lines accounts, ensuring policies are accurate and up to date
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering professional and timely service
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
