As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll help build trusted client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and provide proactive guidance that helps clients confidently navigate an evolving risk landscape.Provide professional and timely service to personal lines clients regarding coverage, billing, claims, renewals, and policy changesReview client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual circumstancesProcess endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals accurately and efficientlyPrepare applications, proposals, binders, and other insurance documentation for new and renewal businessObtain and compare quotes from insurance carriers, including coverage options and pricing for clientsCommunicate with carriers regarding underwriting requirements, inspections, documentation requests, and policy servicingMaintain accurate and detailed documentation within the agency management systemAssist clients with claims reporting, claims follow-up, and communication with carriers as neededRequired QualificationsExperience in personal lines insurance, client service, account management, insurance agency support, or a related fieldStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client serviceDetail-oriented approach with the ability to review policies, documentation, and client information for accuracyAbility to work effectively with clients, carriers, producers, account managers, and agency leadershipProficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systemsLicensureActive Property & Casualty Insurance License requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience working in an independent insurance agency or brokerageExperience supporting personal lines insurance clientsExperience with Applied Epic or other agency management systemsKnowledge of personal insurance products, coverage options, underwriting requirements, and carrier processesProfessional designations such as CISR, CIC, API, AINS, or similarCompensationSalary Range: $45,000-60,000 annuallyBenefitsEligible colleagues enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability coverage401(k)Generous paid time offProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesThis position is HybridRemote: This role is primarily remote.Hybrid: This role follows a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work based on business needs and manager expectations.In-Office: This role requires regular on-site attendance at the designated office location.Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to support office implementations, training, and collaboration with project teams.We're an equal opportunity employer.
