You'll work closely with agents and staff to support quoting, processing, and servicing personal lines accounts.

This is a customer service-focused role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive mindset.ResponsibilitiesEnter client information into AMS360 accurately and efficientlyPerform personal lines quoting and processingAssist agents with marketing and re-marketing effortsCommunicate professionally with clients via phone, email, fax, mail, and in personProcess policy changes, binders, and replacement cost estimatorsOrganize and track quoting processes and follow-upsSupport administrative tasks and team operations as neededQualificationsPreferred: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licenseRequired: 1+ years of experience in personal lines insuranceProficiency in AMS360 or similar insurance management systems is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer service mindset and professional demeanorSkillsMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyExperience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)Resourceful and proactive problem-solvingStrong time-management and prioritization skillsAbility to multitask and manage stress in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferSupportive and team-oriented cultureOpportunities for professional developmentA chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clientsCompensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
