A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its growing practice in Phoenix, Arizona. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in various personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents.
Duties
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Guide clients through the case process.
- Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience.
- Civil jury trial experience preferred.
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Education
Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active member in good standing with the AZ Bar Association.
Skills
