You'll be the go-to person for clients, keeping their cases moving and making sure they feel cared for every step of the way. Compassion and organization are key, because these clients need someone who truly gets it. You will join a team of highly engaged legal support staff who offer a ton of support from medical bills, liens, opening cases, settlement and disbursement support, that way you can focus on clients, which make a huge difference!What You'll DoOwn 50–65 cases and keep them moving forwardTalk to clients regularly (every 28 days) and keep them updatedWork with attorneys, investigators, and medical providersDig deep into details: insurance, medical records, liabilityPrepare cases like a pro so we're ready if litigation hitsWhat We're Looking For2–5+ years of personal injury paralegal experienceA master of multitasking and deadlinesSomeone who can stay calm under pressure and keep clients calm tooDetail-obsessed but still great with peopleTech-friendly (Needles/Filevine experience is a bonus)Things You've Done in the PastJuggled tasks like a pro and kept workflows smooth across teamsSorted through incoming mail and knew exactly what needed to happen nextProtected client privacy like a vault (redacting documents when needed)Kept case notes and records sharp and up-to-date in case management softwareStayed on top of deadlines, statutes, internal dates, and everything in betweenMade sure every record and bill requested actually landed on your deskPrepped documents so experts could do their thingBuilt and sent demand packages that made insurance companies pay attentionPut together clear, accurate disbursement statements so clients knew exactly where every dollar wentWhy Join Us?We're not your typical law firm.
