Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
- Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to meet deadlines and case goals
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Virginia
- 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and trial preparation
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Established firm with a strong reputation for client advocacy
- Fully in-person role with direct courtroom exposure
