Entry-level or newer attorneys who are smart, motivated, trainable, and interested in personal injury litigation are encouraged to apply!Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day case handling from complaint filing through trialDraft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documentsMake regular court appearances, including hearings and settlement conferencesConduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnessesCommunicate and negotiate with opposing counselParticipate in mediations, arbitrations, and other settlement proceedingsCollaborate with support staff to audit files, ensure deadlines are met, and prepare for trialProvide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clientsPlay an active role in trial preparation and execution when necessaryQualifications:1–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience requiredLaw and motion, discovery, and trial prep proficiencyActive member in good standing with the California State BarExcellent written and oral advocacyOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a heavy caseloadStrong legal research, analysis, and negotiation skillsDependable, deadline-driven, and collaborativeCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $100,000–$200,000/year (commensurate with experience)Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday | 8-hour shiftsPerks & Benefits:401(k) with matching + profit sharingPaid time off and holidaysHealth insurance coverageWork-life balance encouragedEmployee referral programOpportunities for career advancementJoin a firm where your litigation expertise and client advocacy make a meaningful impact.
