Duties
- Support personal injury cases under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Conduct client intakes and manage depositions.
- Draft and respond to pleadings and evaluate personal injury claims.
- Ascertain experts and provide client guidance through effective communication.
- Conduct medical reviews and negotiate, settle, and litigate cases.
- Participate in trial proceedings.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of legal experience; personal injury experience preferred.
- New Jersey judicial clerkship is a plus.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
Education
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
