Litigation Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal InjuryDirect Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury to join a growing and highly successful plaintiff-side litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced trial attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and handling high-value personal injury matters from inception through resolution.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, courtroom experience, and a proven ability to manage cases while delivering exceptional client service.Responsibilities:Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases throughout the litigation processConduct case investigations to establish liability and evaluate damagesDraft, file, and argue motions, oppositions, discovery motions, and other litigation-related pleadingsDevelop and execute litigation strategy in collaboration with attorneys and support staffMaintain regular communication with clients and guide them through each phase of litigationConduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memorandaHandle complex and high-value injury matters through settlement or trialCollaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomesQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive license and good standing with the applicable State BarBilingual in English and Spanish requiredMinimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experienceStrong trial background with at least 3 civil jury trials to verdictExtensive knowledge of personal injury laws, procedures, and litigation strategyExcellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsProven ability to independently manage cases and meet litigation deadlinesStrong organizational, communication, and client relationship skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentPreferred Skills:Experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex personal injury mattersStrong courtroom presence and trial advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple active litigation files simultaneouslyCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $115,000 – $185,000 annually, depending on experienceMedical insurance401(k) with 4% fully vested safe harbor employer match12 paid holidays annually10 days paid vacation6 paid sick days annuallyContinuing education and professional development budgetRegular firm-sponsored events and team-building activities
