Responsibilities of the Litigation Attorney: As a litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include:Filing lawsuitsDrafting and responding to written discoveryTaking depositionsParticipating in mediationHandling all aspects of the litigation processRequirements for the Litigation Attorney position:Minimum of 3 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials1st chair trial experience is preferredMUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN TEXASExpertise in all phases of personal injury cases, from inception through litigation to trial or settlementAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skillsExperience interacting directly with clients, evaluating cases, and counseling clients on legal matters professionally.Comfortable working with other attorneys and litigation team members, while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlinesBilingual skills are not required but are a plusOr refer someone
