MW Talent is partnering with a high-volume personal injury law firm to hire a Personal Injury Attorney licensed in North Carolina. This is a fully remote opportunity, and the attorney may work from any state with an active North Carolina license. The firm is seeking an attorney with strong pre-litigation experience who is comfortable managing a high-volume personal injury caseload. The attorney will oversee cases from intake through settlement, guide case managers, communicate with clients, negotiate with insurance companies, and ensure cases move forward efficiently.
This role is ideal for an attorney who understands the complete pre-litigation process and provides clients with professional, responsive representation.

What You Will Do
• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement • Develop case strategies and provide direction throughout the pre-litigation process • Work closely with case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants • Review case progress and ensure files move toward resolution • Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates • Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, lienholders, and internal team members • Evaluate liability, medical records, damages, insurance coverage, and case value • Prepare and review demand packages and legal correspondence • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies • Review settlement documents, medical balances, liens, and disbursement information • Identify cases that should move into litigation and assist with the transition • Maintain accurate case notes, records, deadlines, and documentation • Help improve case-management processes and client service
What We Are Looking For
• Active North Carolina bar license required • Personal injury experience required • Strong pre-litigation experience required • Experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement • Experience guiding case managers, paralegals, or legal assistants preferred • Strong knowledge of medical records, damages, liability, insurance coverage, demands, and settlement negotiations • Ability to manage a high case volume efficiently • Strong negotiation, communication, writing, and decision-making skills • Organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Strong client-service skills • Stable work history
