BOS Staffing has partnered with a well-established Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an experienced and aggressive Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Floral Park, NY.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience who is looking for a long-term, permanent position with significant earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings and manage all aspects of litigation
- Handle and respond to discovery demands
- Draft and argue motions
- Conduct and defend depositions, EUOs, and 50-H hearings
- Make regular court appearances
- Lead settlement negotiations and mediations
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $160,000 – $350,000 annually
- Location: Floral Park, NY (In-person role)
