Bi-lingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in New York and in good standing with the state bar.
• Prior experience in personal injury litigation or insurance defense is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions and conducting depositions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
