Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 (Depending on Experience)
We are seeking two experienced attorneys to join our team:
• Personal Injury Attorney
• Asbestos Litigation Attorney
What You'll Do
- Handle all phases of litigation , from case inception to trial.
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while delivering outstanding results.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery .
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations .
- Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to each case.
- Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and co-counsel to build strong cases.
- Significant litigation experience in personal injury or asbestos/toxic torts .
- Proven ability to handle complex cases and high-value claims .
- Strong trial and negotiation skills .
- Excellent research, writing, and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
