Senior Community Care is seeking a compassionate Personal Caregiver to support seniors in their homes and community. In this role, you’ll assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, as well as light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. You’ll observe and report changes in participants’ condition, follow individualized care plans, and support safe use of adaptive equipment.
Working closely with an interdisciplinary PACE care team, you’ll promote independence, dignity, and safety while providing companionship and emotional support in a mission-driven environment.
