The PCA provides direct support to students throughout the school day, assisting with classroom participation, behavioral needs, personal care, and daily activities while working closely with teachers and support staff. Candidates should have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, be available to work the full school day Monday through Friday and possess strong communication and documentation skills to support student progress and required reporting.
