About the Role:

Join HOME CARE SOLUTIONS LLC as a Personal Care Assistant in Hartwell, GA, where you will make a difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and supported in their daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the care team.

Help clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety at all times.

Medication reminders

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, following health protocols.

Document care provided and update care plans as necessary.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office

Requirements for this job:

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA preferred but not required.

Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to follow care plans and execute tasks independently.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

First Aid and CPR certification.

Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to use the Hoyer lift or willingness to learn

Experience with dealing with wheel chair bound individuals
