Action Health Staffing is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to support clients in their homes across North Carolina. In this role, you’ll assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, light housekeeping, and meal preparation while providing companionship and monitoring basic health needs. You’ll follow individualized care plans, communicate changes in condition, and help clients remain safe and independent.
